Overview
Our Lady of Peace Retirement community is seeking a dedicated outgoing compassionate individual to help lead entertainment programs for our residents. The position offers 30-hours a week, $16.00 hourly pay with benefits.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for helping to fill each day with a variety of programs that are easily accessible by our residents. These activities may be indoors, such as bingo or music appreciation, or they may be outdoors on our campus. Your goal will be to enhance our residents’ daily routine with fun and interesting programs. On the job training will be provided.
Qualifications
· Education: A high school diploma or GED certificate
· CPR & First Aide Certified (training can be provided)
· Skills: organizational and time management skills, interpersonal skills, leadership and problem-solving skills a must.
· Individual must have a love for working with the elderly population.
